The female has moved from the mountains of Guinea to the forests of Liberia. The other last recorded in Mali on 2nd. Both radios now switched to winter schedule of transmissions, with updates only once every 10 days
Last reports Poole Harbour, Dorset (10th.October) and south of Glasgow (30th.September) Both may have been killed or died, or hopefully the Dorset bird's radio failed. Transmission from same area near Glasgow on 23rd.November so the radio is still there and we would be very pleased if it was found so that it can be used again next year.
