Red 8T left his roost south of Rennes and at 0600GMT was flying N over Rennes; he then tracked north to the Cherbourg Peninsula, passing east of Coutances at 1300hrs. Departed Cherbourg about 1430GMT and the next signal at 7pm was just west of Shanklin on the Isle of Wight. Roosted overnight in nearby trees. Wind N 10mph; mostly cloudy.
