Aigan was out in fishing in the estuary at 0900GMT and flying over it at 1100hrs, then at 1200hrs she had flown over the sea and was close to Ile d’Re and an hour later flying over Ile d’Oleron. She then coasted down over the mouth of River Gironde and at 1600hrs was perched in woods north of Lac d’Hourtin, where she roosted the night after a flight of 144 km.
