Just received a late email this evening from Chris Wood, who has sponsored the tracking costs of Rothiemurchus.
He writes
“Roy,
We found Rothiemurchus today 20/02/2013, at his usual location,on mud banks next to a tributary of the main river. He looked well and the tracker aerial was clearly visible.Also osprey nearby but no ring.I got a picture of
Rothie but not the best.
