Jean-Valentin Dourthe emailed the other day to say he would go and look for Beatrice on the River Adour – he knew her favourite places from a previous visit but I sent him a map of her latest locations. Today Jean-Valentin wrote to say he found her yesterday and sent me some photos. It’s great to see her on the Adour and the habitat – it’s easy to see why she finds the place so suitable.
