Blue XD roosted on 8th/9th April at Grebe Lake, Calvert east of Bicester. Next day he made a strong flight north via Coventry and Manchester. Stopped off at Wetsleddale Dam near Shap for a fish? and then roosted overnight beside River Eden at Armthwaite. On 10th a short day to Buttrburn. Today he flew north via Kielder Forest and crossed into Scotland at 11.30am and crossed the Firth of Forth from Port Seton to West Wemyss – 2.14 – 2.49pm. Possibly home tomorrow
