Cromarty’s last received transmissions were on 14th March – that day he flew 4 km NE at midday (his migration direction) and then went west and fished in the Atlantic. At 4pm he was near the coast. No transmissions since so I’m hoping that means he has set off on migration and that he has not passed any mobile phone masts! If he has migrated then we will not hear news of his migration until he reaches southern Morocco. The GSM tags give us incredible data but only send in information when in mobile phone range
