At a time when our natural world is under greater threat than ever before, it is essential we take a proactive approach to nature conservation. This has always been the ethos of the Roy Dennis Wildlife Foundation. Our current work, including the White-tailed Eagle reintroduction on the Isle of Wight and Poole Harbour Osprey Project, demonstrate our ongoing commitment to undertaking bold and exciting projects.
The Foundation relies on the generosity of our supporters in order to fund our conservation work and, as such, we greatly appreciate donations of any size. As a small charity we do not have large overheads and so any funds we raise contribute directly to our day-to-day work. Making a donation today, no matter how small, will help us to deliver the following:
- White-tailed Eagle reintroduction on the Isle of Wight, including satellite-tagging of all birds that are released. We would especially welcome donations towards the costs of satellite transmitters (£1200 each, plus ongoing data download costs) which provide vital data on the day-to-day movements of the birds. Any contributions, no matter how small, are very much appreciated.
