107’s transmitter battery is not charging because of the lack of sun, but non GPS signals showed he was in a usual area on December 1st and 5th, north of Strath Helmsdale near Creag Scalabsdale

The young male 107 is ranging in a large general area near his natal site. He was in the Loch naver area on 20th, moved to the flows north of Rimsdale, moving further on 23rd to Strathhalladale and then out to the moorlands between Forsinaird and Morven – an area of 1400 squre km

107 departed the Monadhliaths on 31st July, and by 1 pm was at Strathfarrar and at 2pm was flying north at 64 km/hr at Loch Vaich. He roosted overnight between Glencassley and Loch Shin. On 1st August flew north to the area south and west of Altnaharra; stayed there until midday on 3rd when he flew north to Suisgill and then to Morvern and Knockfin Heights – back in an area well used by 106 in previous periods.

106 continues to live in Flows on Caithness and Sutherland border; he flew north to the Forsinaird and then on 24th went north nearly to the coast west of Reay before turning into Strathhalladale. He then flew back to the Morven area.
